Internationalization
The labour market is globalising at a rapid pace and workers are becoming more and more internationally mobile. Additionally, the Netherlands is home to a great variety of nationalities and cultures. As a result, the international dimension of education has become increasingly important for ROC Aventus.
International opportunities at ROC Aventus:
Doing a traineeship abroad
ROC Aventus has contacts with an extensive range of organisations across the world that offer high-level traineeships. Many of our students do practical training abroad. Once students have acquired experience abroad, they have an easier time finding a job in other countries after graduation.
An exchange programme with foreign students
ROC Aventus has ties with various partner colleges in Europe and other countries that organise exchange programmes.
Work weeks and excursions abroad
Familiarising oneself with of one’s future profession in another country is a valuable experience for many students.
Projects with foreign students
ROC Aventus regularly organises projects in which our students collaborate with foreign students. The students contact each other either via e-mail or Internet.
